YMCA Sports

Our preschool and youth sports programs give kids a welcoming place to make friends and learn new skills in a variety of sports. These sports help the kids grow in spirit, mind and body. All YMCA programs aim to build competence and confidence in children in a safe, secure environment for social and emotional growth.

Whether you are a member of the Woodbridge Branch YMCA or not, you can enjoy any one of a large number of Preschool and Youth classes for all ages and all levels. For detailed information about a class or to sign up, please call 732-596-4170.

All classes are held at the Woodbridge Branch YMCA at the Woodbridge Community Center.
