*The
monthly draft system allows members to pay on a monthly basis by having
their credit card charged automatically. Mastercard or Visa are the only
accepted forms of payment for the credit card draft. This membership
is perpetual, not annual. 30 days written notice is required
to cancel this membership. The first payment includes the first and last
month's fee. Subsequent monthly charges are for the rate listed. Please
note: if you change credit cards or if the expiration date changes, you
must inform the YMCA of the change. Accounts that we cannot bill are considered
delinquent and will be terminated. There is a $25 service fee for returned
checks. Membership for the YMCA at the Woodbridge Community Center
is not valid at Edison or Metuchen YMCA's.
