2010 Day Camp Registration

Registration Procedure, Please read carefully:

To register, a $75 deposit is required for each child for each week of camp, and is non-refundable after May 15, 2010. Also, if membership is not current, a $10 membership fee will be added.

Each camper is provided with one T-shirt when registered for camp. Additional T-shirts may be purchased for a fee of $5.00 per shirt.

The balance for each session is sue as follows:
Sessions 1, 2, and 3               Balance Due - May 1
Sessions 4, 5, and 6               Balance Due - May 30
Sessions 7 and 8               Balance Due - June 15

There is a late fee of $5 per day which will be charged for each session not paid on time.

The camp fees are as follows:

When registering your child for camp, please do the following:

Print and Read the Parent Manual

Print the Camper Information Form

Print the Health History Form

Print the Pick-Up Information Form

Print the Medication Release Form

Register your child using the ONLINE FORM
