Recipe for a Healthy Mind

Think Fun!

The key to exercising on a regular basis is making it fun. Don't think of it as exercise, think of it as fun.

Kids need to "Move-It" everyday. Being physically active is key to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, and preventing diseases in kids as they grow to adults. Health experts recommend that kids and teens be physically active for at least 60 minutes each day.

So, go out and have some fun everyday...dance, roller blade, jump rope, bounce a ball, swim, walk you dog.
