The Metuchen-Edison-Woodbridge YMCA is proud to provide
programs and services to Middlesex County. People are often surprised
at the wide variety of programs
and services that we offer. The Y is so much more than just a gym! While
we do have state-of-the-art workout facilities at our branches, as well
as pools and aerobic classes, we also have a variety of programs for
the whole family. From pre-school to after school care, child care centers
to summer day camps, we provide creative, educational care for children
of all ages. We offer enrichment classes, parents night out and family
fun nights. Our swim team, gymnastics, basketball and track and field
programs provide competitive fun for children. Adults, students and seniors
will enjoy yoga, open gym, senior aquatics, lap swimming and more.
