MEY Yearbook Information

Yearbooks are given to our swimmers at our end of the season banquet in April.  A great deal of time and energy is spent on this book to capture memories from the swim season. It is a time consuming task. Please be as prompt as possible in getting the information in by the deadline dates.   Some changes have been made from last year, please follow instructions for each item.

Current school picture.	Each swimmer will have their school photo printed in the yearbook. How to submit pictures: Scan your photo as a black and white & email to: Hersheykiss4@comcast.net  Subject line must include swimmers name or you may send in original picture in and envelope (back of photo marked with swimmers name) to Parents Association box: Attn. Yearbook: School picture: Photos are not returned. PLEASE NOTE:  IF YOU ARE A GRADUATING SENIOR: You will have a separate set of instructions. Do  not send in your photos.		December 1st, 2009

Candid Pictures from our current swim season	These can be pictures you took at meets, swim team parties or functions. If you are sending in multiple pictures.. the best way is to burn photos to a CD. Each photo on the CD should be marked. (ie. Girls Red Meet, Halloween meet etc.)  Put the CD in an envelope, mark the envelope with the name of the family that is submitting, and put in the Parents Association box at the Y or Wardlaw. Attn. Lisa Tonery. You  may also submit hard copies of the photos.  Photos should be marked, but they are not returned.		February 1, 2010

Ads

Please keep in mind that our ads and boosters fund the yearbook and our end of the year gift to our swimmers. Ads and Boosters are the only way we can fund this project.   Make as many copies of the ad/booster forms as you need. We need your help to make this a success!  ALL CHECKS MADE PAYABLE TO “MEYSTPA.”
