Coach
Kristine Sinram returns to MEY as Director of Competitive Aquatics.
After being away for a year as assistant coach at the Ridgewood YMCA,
Kristine is excited for the opportunity to lead our team and to pursue
a career with the YMCA. Her years in competitive swimming both as
an athlete and as a coach, span most of her life. Kristine’s
swim background includes swimming for William Paterson University
and coaching age-group swimmers for YMCA, JCC and USS leagues. In
addition, Kristine has worked extensively with children with developmental
disabilities both in and out of the classroom for the past 6 years. |

JAMIL MCENNIS |
Throughout his nearly twenty year career as an athlete
and a coach, Jamil has had the privilege of competing and coaching with
and against some of the best athletes in the country and in the world.
As an age group athlete he was selected to several Zone All-Star teams,
was a multiple time National Age Group Top 16 qualifier, was part of
a National Age Group Record setting relay, competed in multiple events
at Junior and Senior Nationals, and was a member of several relay teams
which were ranked #1 in the Nation. Jamil received a scholarship to Rutgers
University where he was able to become a BIG EAST conference finalist
and become part of a school record setting relay. As a coach, Jamil has
led athletes to Sectional, Junior National, Senior National, BIG EAST
Championship, ECAC, US Open, and NCAA consideration qualifying times. |

Jay
Muldoon

Jay is starting his 3rd year
of coaching and is based at the Metuchen YMCA facility. He is one of
the coaches for the J2, J3, Red and Blue groups. He has been swimming
at the Metuchen Edison YMCA for over 15 years and with the Y Masters
Swim Program for 10 years. He has completed numerous swimming clinics
and competes in open water swims, triathlons and marathons. He previously
coached for over 10 years with the Metuchen Little League and Metuchen
Soccer Association. Jay also leads our Adult/Masters swim program and
is a member of the US and NJ Masters Swim organizations. When not swimming
or coaching, Jay is an independent Brand Consultant working with several
corporate clients. |

Ryan
Patterson

Ryan has been with the YMCA for many years. She swam
for the MEY Swim Team for 11 years and was on the MEY National Team for
5 of those 11 years. Ryan also swam at Rutgers Prep High School and was
the Captain of the team during her Junior and Senior years. This past
May, Ryan graduated from Colgate University where she swam on their Division
1 Varsity Swim Team. Currently, Ryan is working at NJ Neuroscience Institute
at JFK Hospital in Edison.
Ryan is really looking forward to coaching this year
and is happy for the opportunity to give back to a team that has been
such an important part of her life. |

Andrew
Dryburgh |
Andrew has competed competitively
since the age of 10, and most recently he swam for the Varsity Swim
Team at Albright College. During his senior year he was elected Captain
and led his team to an undefeated season culminating with a conference
championship. Andrew graduated from Albright College in 2003 with a
degree in Biology. Andrew has extensive experience coaching and teaching
swimming with all age groups and ability levels for his summer league
team. We are excited about having Andrew aboard, and we look forward
to benefiting from his knowledge and experience. |

Pete Coreschi

Pete served
the Metuchen YMCA as asst aquatic director back in the 90’s, taught
swim lessons for about 9 years, coached MMP and coached the 10 & under
groups at the Metuchen YMCA for several years. Pete brings maturity,
enthusiasm and commitment - I think he will be a great addition to our
coaching staff. |

Marumoto

Andrea has
been part of the MEY family for the over 7 years as a parent, board
member and the official's coordinator. For the past two years, she
has coached the swim team at the Edison Community Pool to winning seasons.
In addition to coaching swimming, she has coached youth baseball and
soccer. |
