Here are some important rules and guidelines
to follow at dual meets. Please follow these rules so we can have
a great dual meet and so everyone can have fun!

You are expected to attend ALL meets.
If you cannot attend, you MUST notify a coach by

up at a meet, you will not be able to swim the next meet.
If you notify a coach that you will not be attending
a meet and then show up, you may not be able to swim.
It is expected that all swimmers stay for the conclusion
of the meet to support the team.
Coaches will make the meet sheets and will determine
what events each swimmer will swim and all relays.
In the event of illness, please try and contact the
