OPEN!   the New Tween Fit Arcade! Located in the YMCA Multipurpose Room!

  • Available for Teen and Family members, ages 9-14 years. 
  • OPEN Tuesday thru Friday 7:15-9:15pm; Saturdays and Sundays 12-4pm.

This is a great way for 'Tweens to workout and have fun at the same time!

  • DDR's (Dance, Dance Revolution)
  • Bikes hooked to video screens with challenging games
  • A 15 minute cardio/strength circuit
  • Climbing wall


The YMCA fitness staff are committed to improving your quality of life through programming that encompasses "Mind, Body and Spirit." Our professionally trained staff will work with you to define and attain your fitness goals, and help you to achieve a sense of well being.

Group Exercise Classes

Classes are designed for those who want to get in shape and improve their fitness level, while having fun in a group setting. Instructors will focus on safety and form as well as challenging you to your level. Most of our fitness classes are free to members and are available for non-members for a fee. Fitness class cards may be purchased at the front desk for $75, and may be used to attend any 10 classes*. Membership cards or fitness class cards must be shown for admittance to class. A variety of fitness classes are available.  Specialty and Advanced classes are available for a fee.

Personal Training

We offer personal training for our members at a cost of $45 per hour, or $200 for five-1 hour sessions.  Our professional personal trainers will work one-on-one with you to push you to the next fitness level and help you meet your personal fitness goals.  You can register for personal training at the fitness desk located in the fitness center or contact Lexy Anderson. Wellness Center

Our fitness facility features the latest fitness equipment including a full line of cardiovascular equipment, strength training equipment, and a free weight area. Our equipment features a circuit combination of Nautilus 2ST and Nitro, a Cybex multi-station modular unit with cable crossover as well as incline and flat benches. A professionally trained staff member will assist you in developing a program that meets your individual needs.
